Northwood I & II

Northwood I and II are furnished one or two bedroom apartments with a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Each bedroom comes with one single bed which cannot be removed. Northwood contracts begin on either the 1st or the 16th of your move-in month with August 1 being the earliest a contract can begin. All contracts end May 31.
The apartment community is on North Campus, and it’s situated in a quiet, wooded area that is close to bus stops and the shops and restaurants on Plymouth Road.
Northwood I & II has an active residential staff who will offer you support by answering your questions, planning educational programs and hosting fun activities to help you meet students who live near you. There is also a Community Center which provides a place for students to meet and gather. The Community Center also loans out vacuum cleaners, cots, games, and other useful items.
We offer a flat fee for all Northwood apartments (no extra heat, water or electricity bills) and there is no application fee or security deposit.
