Community Center Assistants (CCA)
The Community Center is the heart of each residential community. It’s a place where you’ll go to ask questions and to borrow things like irons and vacuum cleaners, games and guest cots. It’s the first place to go if you need directions, have questions or are locked out of your room. Our Community Center Manager will be there for you during their regular hours. To find the Community Center hours for your building, visit our Knowledge Base. The Community Center Assistants (CCAs) are supervised by the Community Center Manager.

DPEs create educational, cultural, social, and personal enrichment programs that promote an inclusive community where everyone feels like they can belong. Further, they serve as a resource to support students who are struggling to feel included in the residence hall communities by responding to potential campus climate concerns or behaviors that negatively affect the community and campus climate. This position is supervised by the Diversity and Inclusion Department.
Resident Advisor (RA)
Your RA is there to help you with any day-to-day questions you might have. They are also there to get to know you, help you get to know others in your community, to lead activities and to encourage the growth of a healthy and inclusive community. Your RA is supervised by your hall director and your Community Center Manager.
