The undergraduate residence halls will close on December 18, 2024 at 7pm and reopen on January 5th, 2025 at 12pm. (Residents of Northwood and Munger may stay in their current space during this break time.) Lawyers Club closes December 20, 2024 at 4pm and will reopen on January 11, 2025 at 8am.
If you live in Baits Coman House or Ziwet House, you have the option of staying in your room over the winter break period. Completion of a break housing form is required. The nightly rate to reside in your Michigan Housing room in Baits II over winter break has not yet been determined. For planning purposes, the 2023 rate was $36.12
Michigan Housing does not have additional on campus housing available during winter break.
