Transfer Northwood Contract to Household Member, Partner, or Spouse

If you graduate or become ineligible for Michigan Housing and your household member/spouse/partner meets the Northwood Community Apartments eligibility requirements, it may be possible for your household member/spouse/partner to become the contract holder for your current apartment.  Your household member/spouse/partner will need to complete a housing application as a first step.  Please email [email protected] for more information.
