The Resident Director is a student staff member, who is available to all residents to help with challenges, mediate conflicts between residents, act as a referral source, or just to lend an ear. The Resident Director will hold weekly office hours, during which residents will be able to bring any concerns, challenges or any questions to their attention. Please contact the Resident Director via email if you are unable to meet during their office hours to schedule an appointment. The Resident Director is here to support you and provide you with clear expectations, guidance, support and help foster the cooperative living environment. Although they will make their best effort to be available when needed, they will be unable to be in the House at all times, so please be resourceful and patient.
