After you move out, we will conduct a final inspection to look for damages and to see if the apartment is clean. The inspector will determine what extra repairs and services, if any, will be needed before the next residents move in. Charges might be assessed to your account if there is any unusual wear and tear, property damage, and necessary additional cleaning. We will notify you of any extra charges within 60 days of your departure.
