Each University Housing residential community handles their mail packages delivery differently. Please check with your community center if you have questions.
For traditional residence halls, packages will be held in the community center. You will receive an email when the package is received.
For Northwood residents, packages may either be addressed to a resident’s apartment or to the Community Center. Packages in Northwood delivered by United States Postal Service may be placed in a parcel box and a key put in the resident’s mailbox. All other packages addressed to a resident’s apartment will be delivered to their door. For packages sent to the Community Center, you will receive an email when the package is received.
