The Housing Facilities team will walk through the House on a weekly basis to address facilities-related concerns. If you notice anything broken, damaged, or not working properly, report it immediately via the online Fix-It system using your UMich credentials. If there’s an emergency after hours, call the Facilities Service Center at 734-647-2059. Residents should submit their Room Condition Inventory in Student Web immediately after moving in.
