Florent Gillet

Florent Gillet is a mixed-gender residence hall that is home to first-year LEAPS students located on the Marygrove campus in Detroit. LEAPS is a program within the U-M Marsal Family School of Education. 

Directly connected to academic and recreational spaces, Florent Gillet is part of a wooded campus serving as a community hub for neighborhoods in northwestern Detroit.

At Florent Gillet, you’ll have a community of Residential Staff who are trained and ready to help you succeed in your new home. Transportation
Free transportation is available between Detroit and Ann Arbor on a regular schedule. 

LEAPS students can also park their personal cars on the Marygrove campus for free with a Marygrove Conservancy Pass. This parking pass does not apply to parking on the U-M Ann Arbor campus, so students will need to buy a separate parking permit from the university.
