Recycling Efforts
  • 1,395 cubic yards of cardboard
  • 652 large bags of polystyrene foam block
  • 54 large bags of foam pellets

That's a lot of reusable material that didn't go into a landfill.

Please do your part during Move-In and year round by using the specially designed containers for recyclables such as newspapers, magazines, cans, and plastic bottles. University Housing provides each apartment with a recycling container. Recycling bins are located in each Northwood parking lot. Please note that at this time glass recycling is not available.
