Fresh MichiganOne of the farms that supplies our milk
What do we mean by “fresh”? It means we start with fresh vegetables when we make all our soups from scratch. It means we start with fresh tofu from Michigan organic soybeans when we make Savory Baked Tofu. And it means we use fresh butter and eggs and real chocolate chips when we make Mocha Truffle Cookies.

We’re proud to serve these Michigan made products:

  • Michigan Soy Organic Tofu
  • Kellogg Cereals
  • Seasonal fresh vegetables and fruits. This fall we are using Michigan apples, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers just to name a few.

Local Produce
